Item must be exchanged within 7 days of date of purchase with the original invoice / receipt.
If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with Customer Service Team through FaceBook, Insta, Whatsapp or call us on +92-322-2772232 as soon as possible with your order number or Tracking ID.
The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.
In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction.
We Usually have a inspection team that inspect each item, dress and each part carefully before dispatch according to Fault less policy but in case we faultily dispatched an wrong item, dress or there is any damaged part we are responsible to replace that.
Item purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
Note:If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.
If Parcel is getting exchange on customer satisfaction point then delivery charges will be applied according to terms

Andaaz does not take responsibility of damage because of improper usage of garment.
Exchange policy is not applicable to items on promotion/sale. Please note that the Cash on Delivery charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
